Short Breaks and Extended Cruises:
Short Breaks and extended cruises are available on request. departure from 4pm and return at 9am, Monday / Tuesday / Friday / Saturday or Sunday in each period for certain bases and on certain boats and on request basis.

Insurance and Security Deposit:
Rates include damage insurance with an excess of between EUR 550 - 1000 (depending on boat). You are required to leave this excess amount as a security deposit at the time of pick up. This is refunded to you when the boat has been returned on time, clean and undamaged. Insurance Excess Amounts go by Boat Category (which can be found on the rate table next to the boat name). The amounts for each catergory are:
Boat Category - 4 and 5. Excess amount €800

Croisiere Plus Insurance:
You can take our the Croisiere Plus Insurance, which will reduce your excess to NIL (security deposit is still required as normal). The Croisiere Plus Insurance is priced by Boat Category (which can be found on the rate table next to the boat name). The prices for each category are:

Hourly Navigation - Fuel:
Fuel is charged when you return the boat, and this is based on how many hours you have travelled. Fuel is approximately € 6 - € 10 per cruising hour, depending on the vessel.

Cancellation Insurance:
Cancellation Insurance can be arranged - The amount of the cancellation insurance fee for the guarantee to cancel the cruise is 4% of the total rental price.

One Way Cruises:
One-way : (extra charge for taking back the boat to another base, different from the start base The direction and the departure point of a one-way cruise are confirmed only 10 days before departure, because of many unpredictable events. One-way cruises are not available for a fleet of more than 2 boats at certain bases.

There is a fee charged on departure for one-way cruises :

• Departure for a week or more:
  Days of departure depending of the bases are Monday, Tuesday, Friday or Saturday.
  Welcome at 3pm. For organisation reasons, no welcome will be possible before this time. - Boarding from 4pm till 7pm. - Return at 9am
   
• 2 Day Week Ends:
  Welcome on Saturday at 10am ( you can board on Friday evening at 6pm if available. This possibility can only be confirmed 1 week before departure). - Boarding Saturday from 10am till 11am. - Return Monday at 9am.
   
• For Mini-Weeks:
  Welcome on Monday at 3pm. - Boarding from 4pm till 6pm. - Return on Friday at 2pm (except in Italy : 9am and Redon: 10am).
  
  Please Note: In Italy week-end and mini-week are confirmed 30 days before the departure

Car Transfers:
If you do a one-way trip, you can have your car transferred from the departure base to the arrival base. The cost depends on the distance (itineraries) : from EUR 54 to 100. It is better to book this service in advance. Transfer by bus, taxi or train can be planned. Please contact your agent for possibilities available.

Shuttle with driver:
A shuttle can transfer drivers or whole crew from a base to another. Cost : from EUR 34 to 45 per person according to itineraries…

Car Parking:
Public Car Parking is available around each base. Closed car parking is available at selected bases for between € 20 - € 46 per week. Or a Garage is available at selected bases for between € 35 - € 100 per week..

Stand Up Paddle:
EUR 70 per week with a EUR 500 security deposit.

TV and Antenna:
EUR 60 per week with a EUR 400 security deposit.

Internet Access:
EUR 30 per week - about 10 hours internet access available.

Bow Propeller:
Some boats have a bow propeller. It is a small propeller in the stem of the boat which helps to steer the bow laterally, it makes operating easier. Nevertheless, you need to use it carefully mainly on canals (mud and stones along the canal sides may be sucked up into the bow propeller). In case of breakdown during the cruise, it is often impossible to repair (a crane is often necessary to fix it). In this case, the cruise will go on without bow propeller.

If the client requires a repairing during his cruise, this repairing will be charged to the client. Due to the risks of the navigation, the bow propeller of the equipped boat you booked for, may not be available on the day of your departure. In this case, the bow propeller will be deducted on the basis of a flatrate price. (according to the price-list, maximum refunding € 10 per day)

Inland Waterways Map:
There is a board book on every boat, which gives you information on navigation. However you can order an inland waterway map in advance (when you book the boat) if you wish to prepare your cruise. You can have a map for every waterway. Important : for some routes, you will need 2 maps. For example for the one-way trip Pontailler-sur-Saône/Digoin, 2 maps are necessary: the Centre Canal and the Saône river. Price: EUR 22

Premium Fleet:
Premium Fleet vessels have two steering positions (flying bridge) and have special services on board like: bike rack, flat screen TV and DVD player in the lounge, wooden deck furniture with integrated Plancha on the rear deck, complete linen set (two towels and one bath towel per person), kitchen cloths and a cleaning set (washing soap, toilet paper, two rubbish bags, one sponge, one soap and a box of matches).

with other non premium fleet vessels, bedding is included (blanket, sheets, pillow case and pillow) but no towels and cleaning items are provided (Towel set can be hired at some departure bases - a cleaning set is also on sale at some bases)

Cleaning Service:
The optional cleaning service allows you not to clean the boat on return (inside and outside). If you don't choose this option, a cleaning deposit will be required on boarding. So, order the cleaning service on booking your boat, and you'll get a 25% Discount on the amount of the cleaning deposit.

Deck Furniture:
Only if the boat decks are wide enough. It is possible on Linssen Yacht 36, Linssen Vlet 1030, Eau Claire 1130, Espade Concept Fly, Marina 1120, Nicol’s 1000, Nicol’s 1100, Nicol’s 1160, Nicol’s 1170, Nicol’s 1310, Tarpon 32, Tarpon 37, Nicol’s 1300 and Tarpon 42. The deck furniture is composed of 1 table and chairs (1 sunshade). It is often free.

Tea Towel Set:

1 bath towel & 2 towels - Price EUR 6 per person (Free of charge on teh premium fleet)

BBQ Rental:
Selected bases can offer a BBQ, Plancha (grill Plate) for rent. These are from EUR 10 to 70 per week, EUR 5 to 45 per mini-week and weekend.

12V / 220V Converter (max 100 watts):
You can connect the converter on a 12V plug, it will allow you to load a celular phone or a digital camera. Price : € 8 per week and € 5 per mini-week and week-end

Bicycles and Mountain Bikes:
Bikes are available for rent and come in the following ranges:

Basic Range Suitable for short quick trips.	€ 28 per week € 18 per weekend / miniweek
VTC Range Include gears, Suitable for long quick trips.	€ 46 per week € 29 per weekend / miniweek
Child Bike	€ 25 per week € 16 per weekend / miniweek

It is recommended to have at least one bicycle on board to reach grocery store or phone box. You can of course ship more bikes, but too many can bother you when manoeuvring and reduce comfort on the bridge.

Baby Equipment:
A Baby Equipment pack is available free of charge on request. This includes:
Baby Chair, Bath, Folding Bed, and Life Jacket. If you hire a bike you will also receive a baby seat. This must be pre-booked.

Fishing Rods:
Inland waterway cruises are perfect holidays for anglers. You can hire ishing rods in some bases. The fishing set includes a fishing rod and a fishing line in new condition. Price : €.8 per week and € 5 per mini-week and week-end (equipment or beginners)

Fishing Licence:
A fishing permit (tax) is usually requested to fish in canals and rivers. You can get in some bases. Price : € 30. Do not forget to book it before departure.

FPP Hamper:
F2P hamper : (on certain bases only) All our bases are located near shopping centres, in which you can go before your departure. You can however order a FPP hamper» (when you book your boat) which provides basic food such as salt, pepper, sugar, condiment, bread, water, vinegar, coffee, tea, milk, yoghurts, salad, eggs and pasta. Please ask your travel agent for the full list and conditions. Price : EUR 70

Pets:
Your pet is always welcome but you will be responsible for its behaviour. Some bases charge an additional fee of EUR 15 - 90 (no extra charge on certain bases)

Green Cleaning Set:
includes washing up liquid, toilet peper, 2 bin bags, 2 sponges, 2 soaps, 1 box of matches. Price: EUR 8.90 per set (Free of charge on the Premium Fleet)
 
Cancellation Conditions:

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your booking, send a letter of explanation to the hirer as soon as possible. A cancellation fee according to the following scale will be charged.

More than 8 weeks prior to departure	€ 200 cancellation fee
Between 4 - 8 weeks prior to departure	60% of hiring fee
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure	100% of hiring fee
These fees can be refund in case the boat is rented once more. The cancellation fee (€ 150) are not refundable.
