Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
With an excess/deductible (see below).
CDW protects the renter from financial responsability if the car should be damaged in any way, even if it is the renters fault. All rates on this site include CDW.

What's Not Included::

AGE:
All drivers must be aged 23 years or more and have their original licences present at collection time.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER
First additional driver is included in our rates. Other extra drivers, $26 per driver.

LICENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must present a driving licence in your name, issued by your country of residence. The driving licence must be valid in the country of rental and held for a minimum period of time depending on car group.

FUEL POLICY
The fuel used during the rental is not include in our rates. We have two options you can choose from:

  1. On collection, the car will be delivered with a full tank of fuel against a credit card deposit and you will be asked to return the car with a full tank in order to recover your deposit.

  2. Express drop off - On collection the car will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and you can drop it off with the tank empty. Opting for the Express drop off you will pay: $121 on cars group A, B, C, D, I or $155 on cars group E, F, G, H

SUPER CDW

This additional insurance eliminates the excess on the Collision Damage Insurance.

  • Groups A, C, D: $9 per day
  • Groups E, H, K, J: $17 per day
  • Groups F, G, I, L: $26 per day

OUTSIDE LOCATION OPENING HOURS
you may return your vehicle when the Uni Rent location is closed, but please check return facilities when picking up the car. The vehicle will remain your responsibility until it has been checked by a Uni Rent representative.


It is only possible to drive into Spain and it comes to an additional fee of $52

Cancellation Fees
Up to 31 days prior to pickup 20%
31 - 15 days prior to pickup 25% of rental costs. (Minimum $200 )
14 - 7 days prior to pickup 50% of rental costs. (Minimum $200 )
6 - 0 days prior to pickup / or No Show 100% of rental costs.
Amendment fee for each amendment $30 / $60 after docsuments are issued
