document when licence does not include photo . Renters and additional
drivers must have held a full driving licence for a minimum
of 12 months. Licence in non - roman alphabet must be supported
by an international driving licence. Exception Greek driving
licence .
Please be
advised that although it is not mandatory to have an International
Drivers Licence to rent a car with Avis in Europe it is recommended
for driving in Europe in the event the renter is stopped by
the police. The International Drivers licence translates the
licence from English to other languages. Please contact your

( for some rates, one way fees apply in addition to the price).

International:Groups - A, B, C, D, E, H, K, O - Max. of

| Travel Restrictions |
| Avis
vehicle rented in France are allowed to travel into the following
countries, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Portugal,
Finland, Spain ( Mainland ), Germany, Sweden, Great Britain,
Switzerland,. Italy, The Netherlands. CDW and PAI not valid
beyond these above mentioned territorial limits. Mercedes cars
are not allowed to be driven into Britain or Italy. Avis vehicles
rented in Continental France may be taken to Corsica, but must
be returned to the Continent. One Way not allowed.
