AND GREET:
We provide
a full door to door service both for delivery and collection to
any London serving Airport.Be it Heathrow,
Gatwick, Luton, Stansted or London City or any Central London Hotel
or private
address we will meet you.
Its a "Meet and Greet" service
thus avoiding the situation of Desk queuing at airports and bus
transfers
to collect vehicle or making your own way to collect We bring the
car to you direct at the airport or your other
required addresses. There is NO charge for this service on all
7 day minimum rentals.
For deliveries
or collections at addresses outside central London a small additional
charge may apply London
congestion charges which are currently £8 per day are payable
by hirer
THE EXTRA MILE
We will always try to adapt to clients requirements
so if you require a seat taken out of a MPV you have to simply ask
us and we will. We
have a selection of baby/child seats available FREE OF CHARGE please
prebook to avoid disappointment.
We have no restrictions to European use but charges to apply. Mileage
is unlimited on 7 day plus periods
Our indicated prices are fully inclusive of VAT sales taxes.Please
feel free to give us a call to discuss your requirements, we promise
you our best attention at all times.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:
Drivers 21 - 24 years can
only drive Groups Budget, A, AA, C and CA without incurring extra
excess.
All other groups 25 years - Clean Licence, no convictions.
Hirers must have held a full licence for a minimum of 2 years.
An Insurance Excess of £4 per day + VAT applies
IRELAND / EUROPEAN USE SURCHARGE:
A surcharge of 30% of rental applies which covers additional insurance
and breakdown cover.
DELIVERY / COLLECTION:
Free delivery to any address
in the area marked - within the M5. Free Delivery / Collection to
London serving airports and inner city
hotels.
(collection & drop off to Birmingham would cost £220 each
way)
Full 7 day service applies but excludes Christmas Day / Boxing Day
and New Years Day.
No set delivery
/ collection times can be guaranteed as they are subject to road
driving conditions on the day.The earliest delivery is 0700hrs and
the latest collection from London areas is 1600hrs.
This does not apply to LHR as we operate a drop off location with
courtesy bus to the terminal.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER:
1st additional driver Free, £3.50 per day applicable thereafter.
CHILD SEATS:
Free but need to be pre-booked.
ROOF RACKS:
Are not available but roof
boxes to fit the 7 Seaters are available at £20 + VAT per week, maximum £60
FUEL:
Vehicles are supplied on
a FULL out - FULL back policy. Refuelling is charged at £2 per litre + tax
Fleet is covered by 24 hour breakdown service.
Average age of vehicles is 6 months.
Cars may be driven throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
