Minimum age:
20 - 23 - 25 - 30 years as per type and model of vehicle.
Kilometres:
Rates include 300km per day - please contact us for 500km packages
Driving licence:
The renter must be in possession of a valid driving license for driving in Europe valid for 2 years for all categories.
Additional driver:
Must meet the same conditions of age as principal driver and be approved by Elite at the time of the rental. Additional fee of EUR 10 per day and driver will apply.
Minimal rental duration:
one day = 24 hours. After 3 extra hours, a full day will be charged.
Gasoline:
not included.
Payment conditions:
1 credit card for City & Van, for all other car types 2 credit cards are required.
Insurance (CDW / TP):
Collision Damage Waiver / Theft Protection with Deductible amount which is withheld on Client's credit card 24 hours prior to the rental. Daily insurance fee is added to the rental rate.
Client can choose between two options*: CDW / TP 1 with reduced deductible or CDW / TP 2 with the lowest deductible. Deductible amount represents Client's maximum risk in a case of collision, damage or theft.
*Elite accepts one of the insurance options only if the driver's age is at least: 20 years for CITY car type, 25 years for Sport & Convertible / Executive & Luxury / VAN / SUV car type, * 28 years for Exceptional car type. If the client chooses not to take any CDW / TP option to reduce the deductible, he is responsible for the full deductible.
Elite Insurance does not cover:
Damages caused by careless use of the car, wheels, hub-caps, tyres, radio k7, cd, gps, antenna, upholstery, external mirrors, rims, convertible soft-top, gear box, clutch etc..
In case of accident or mechanical problems involving the responsibility of the renter, renter will be charged for a minimum of 5 days (10 days for exceptional cars), up to the time required for the final repair (daily rate 1 - 2 days).
Equipment:
- Baby seat (up to 3 years) - EUR 30 per rental
- Children Booster Seat (3+ years) - EUR 30 per rental
- Portable GPS - EUR 50 per rental
- Connector (MP3, Ipod...) - EUR 50 per rental
- Ski Rack - EUR 50 per rental
- Winter Pack (snow tires etc..) - EUR 50 per rental
Cancellation policy:
- For all vehicles upon confirmation - 30% of the total rental amount
- within 24 to 72 hours prior to the rental - 80% of the total rental amount
- within 0 to 24 hours prior to the rental (No Show) - 100% of the total rental amount
- During the Peak Season* cancellation between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the rental - 25% of the total rental amount (Please contact us for the dates.)
