LDDR
:
Loss and Damage Deductible & Loss and Damage Deductible Reduction:
Loss & Collision insurances are included in the rates.
However, there is a deductible amount that can be reduced by accepting
an additional daily insurance fee . Elite reserves the right to
refuse the LDDR.
In
case the renter damages or steals the vehicle intentionally or by
gross negligence, he will be held liable up to the total value of
the vehicle.

damages caused by careless use of the car: wheels, hub-cubs, tyres,
radio K7, CD, GPS, antenna, upholstery, external mirrors, rims,
convertible soft-top, gear-box, clutch etc.
In
case of accident or mechanical problems, involving the responsibility
of the renter, he will be charged for a minimum of 5 days (10 days
for exceptional cars),
up to the time required for the final repair (daily rate 1-2 days).
