RENTALS:
The tenant agrees to pay the lessor at the end of the rental and return of
the vehicle made:
- 1. a fee
calculated at the mileage rate for the number of miles traveled
during the term of its lease, according to the indication of
the meter installed on said vehicle by the manufacturer. In
case of malfunction of the odometer, it is the client to immediately
notify the owner under penalty of being invoiced 500 km per
day at current rates.
- 2. fees
for the duration of the lease, and if requested by the tenant
the amount of the renunciation of the payment of some damage
in a collision, and the premiums for the medical and mechanical
warranty, driver and passengers and goods transported.

another place as planned without the consent of the lessor,

traffic, parking, applicable during the term of the present

DRIVERS
AGE & LICENCE:
The minimum age for renting a car is 25 years for categories A and B, 30 years
for the rest of the vehicles.Renters must have at least 5 years of driver's
licence.
Renter must
provide the following:
- ID valid
- Driving
licenses valid for more than five years
- Proof
of residence
- Credit
card, American Express and / or Cheque, Cash.
CONTRACT
PERIOD:
The lease is granted by the lessor for a specified period.
The renter
agrees to return the vehicle at the scheduled Lease, surrender
the vehicle to the lessor at the place agreed only to stop making
the rent. For if the tenant wants to keep the vehicle for a longer
period than originally agreed, after obtaining the written consent
of the owner with a new contract, send without delay the amount
of current rental or face to prosecution for misuse of vehicle

If the vehicle
is not returned to the lessor on the agreed date, if no written
agreement for a possible extension, the lessor reserves the right

INCAPACITY
OF THE LESSOR:

or cancellation of the lease
INSURANCE:
Insurance can be purchased by the renter by transferring the insurance of his
own vehicle. Only the renter and drivers approved by the lessor can claim
the insured status. Whatever kind of insurance against theft, fire or accident
or liable with identified third party without the tenant's responsibility
is engaged to the deductible "irredeemable" follows:
If a party
is identified and that responsibility is clearly established,
this franchise will be refunded in proportion to the remaining
share of responsibility to the tenant:
- The renter

The customer

The lessor

VEHICLE
CONDITIONS:
The renter acknowledges that the vehicle has no obvious signs of deterioration
except those noted on the contract, is in good working order and cleanliness,
and that tires are in good condition with no cuts.
In case of
deterioration of tires for a reason other than normal wear, they
will be charged the same. Repairs punctures tires are charged
to the renter as well as damage caused to the wheels.

UP AND RETURN:
