GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS:
The driver has to be in possession of a valid driving licence for at least 1 year.
There are 2 important documents/cards you must bring when collecting the vehicle:
1 ) A full driving licence for all named drivers, with details of all endorsements.
2 ) A credit or Sixt Express card. The credit card must be in the name of one of the drivers.
English customers who don''t hold a Sixt Express card should bring another form of identification: one of the following if paying by credit card, two if paying by debit card:
passport or identity card, utility bill, another credit or debit card, building society book or statement, police warrant card or HM Forces ID car

You agree that we may elect, at our discretion, to pass your reservation of a vehicle to another business with whom we have a referral arrangement in place. You agree that, if we do so, we act as agent for that other business. This means that when we pass your reservation over to that other business:
   (a)we will have no further obligation to you; and
   (b)your agreement for the rental of the vehicle will be with the other company and not with us.

AGE:
Minimum age
In Great Britain, the following rules apply for the minimum age and possession of a driver's licence:
21 years/1 year for vehicles in groups ECMN, CCMN, CDMR, CWMR and IDMR.
23 years/1 year for vehicles in groups CCAN, CDAR, IWMR, IVMR and ITMR.
25 years/1 year for vehicles in groups SDMR, SVMR, SVAR, FDAR, FWAR, FVMR, FVAR, PDAR, PWAR XDAR and SFAR.
25 years/3 years for vehicles in groups COMN, CNMN.
30 years/3 years for vehicles in groups LDAR, LFAR, PTAR and LTAR.
Driving licence for vehicle groups COMN, CNMN and VJMN, VLMN, VOMN, VHMN must include approval for category D1.
EU citizens can drive vehicles with up to 8 passenger seats (FVMR).

Maximum age
Maximum age in Great Britain is 75.

YOUNG DRIVER SURCHARGE:
A Young Driver Surcharge of $26.30 incl. tax per day for vehicle groups ECMN, CCMN, CDMR, IDMR, VBMN, VXMN, VYMN, CWMR, VVMN applies for drivers under 23 years
All car groups not listed are not available for drivers under 23 years of age.

LICENCE:

THIRD PARTY INSURANCE
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of $250,000 .- for material damages and $2,500,000 . for personal injuries. Insurance coverage is limited to Europe only.

LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER (LDW)
Loss Damage Waiver removes the drivers responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of damage or theft. LDW is mandatory in Great Britain (unless the customer comes through a US or Canadian travel agent).
If LDW is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car. If LDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts: : $1,250 incl tax.- or $2,500 incl tax.- for the groups LDAR, LFAR, LTAR, PTAR.


TOP COVER LDW
If LDW is already included in the rates, the renter can choose Top Cover LDW to reduce the Non-Waiverable Responsibility.
If Top Cover LDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts: $188 incl tax.- (CNMN and COMN: $625 incl tax.-) This waive
