| PRESENTATION |
The
Alfa Romeo Spider boat tail was the beautiful star of the
1967 film, The Graduate, also starring Dustin
Hofman and Anne Bancroft. The film was a tremendous success
and got the Oscar award, Simon and Garfunkel made the memorable
songs, The Sound of Silence and Mrs Robinson and the Duetto
was later known in the USA as “The Graduate”.
It was designed and manufactured by Pininfarina in Grugliasco,
the Alfa Romeo Osso di Seppia boat tail became a masterpiece
as well as an icon. Produced only for two years, The Duetto’s
rarity is indisputable. |
