Ready for Departure Kit:
€ 50 + 18% VAT per rental ( 2 gas cylinders & chemical products for toliet) - FREE for rentals longer then 18 days

Airport - Hotel in Madrid Pick up / Drop Off:
€ 55 + 18% VAT per service airport or Hotel in Madrid. - FREE for rentals longer then 18 days
Please note: Trannsfers not possible on Saturdays

Pick up / Drop Off Timetable:
Hours of pick up and drop off are as follows: 10am to 1pm and 4pm to 6.30pm on Monday to Friday, and 10:30am to 1pm on Saturday.
The vehicle must be returned clean, with the residual water deposits empty.

The pick up and drop off outside of standard timetable have a extra cost of EUR 80 + 18% Vat and depends on availability of staff.

Security Bond:
A refundable security bond of EUR 600 is payable by cash or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Diner's) when collecting the vehicle.

CDW Insurance:
Autocaravan Express vehicles have a full insurance CDW with a responsibility of EUR 600 by collision. In the case of bad use or collision, this insurance is valid in all the European Union. If you are travelling in other countries you should consult Autocaravan Express.

This insurance does not include personal property. This insurance is included with the rates.
The vehicle must have normal motorhome use and must not transport more people then permitted by law, or carry merchandise, or be made over the use of third parties.

It is possible to travel to Morocco or the Occidental part of Turkey with a extra cost. Pets and smoking are allowed but always with the responsibility of the customer.

Kitchen Utensils:
€ 42 + 18% VAT per rental - ( ladle, saucepan, frying pan, plates, glasses, set of cutlery, cups & skimmer) - FREE for rentals longer then 18 days

Bedding Pack:
€ 24 + 18% VAT per rental - ( sheets, blankets, duvets, pillows & towels) - FREE for rentals longer then 18 days

Air Conditioning:
We have models with Air Conditioning and some without Air Conditioning.
This option cost EUR 15.50 + 18% VAT per day for Groups A, B, C, D & E.

Camping Set:
The Camping Set includes a outdoor table & chairs.
This option cost EUR 24 + 18% VAT per hire.

Driver's Licence:
The driver of the motorhome should be over 24 years old and have held a Class B (normal cars) driver's licence for over two years. You will need to show your identification (D.N.I. or passport) plus motorhome rental voucher.

Color TV :
We can include a TV. There is a special place for it. This television go by 220v, with a converter to 12v to 220v.
Also there are available the following options:
- Color TV: EUR 12 + 18% VAT per day. (max cost = EUR 67, deposit of EUR 135 required)
- Color TV + DVD: EUR 22 + 18% VAT per day. (max cost = EUR 92, deposit of EUR 175 required)
Group I motorhome has the television and dvd in the rental price).

Important: The insurance doesn't cover the TV. In case of robbery the customer will lose the deposit. The television is unable to be used in France as the frequencies are different but is fine to use with DVD.

Bike Rack and Bicycles:
This extra costs EUR 9 + 18% VAT per bicycle per day. Bike rack is EUR 150 + 18% VAT per hire.
Maximum 4 bicycles per motorhome.

Bicycle Rack is not possible in Groups A, B and C. In the motorhomes Groups B, C, G & I have a outside compartment to put the bikes under the bed. Groups F and H there is a compartment outside under the bunks. The maximum costs for each bike is EUR 32 + 18% VAT, and the deposit is EUR 59.

Baby Seat:
Seat Belts: All the dinned have seat belt. The seat belts included in the cabin are: Group A (4 seat belts), Group B (4 seat belts), Group C (4 seat belts), Group D (6 seat belts), Group E (6 seat belts), Group F (6 seat belts), Group G (6 seat belts), Group H (6 seat belts).

The cost is EUR 4.24 + 18% VAT per day with a maximum of EUR 62 + VAT. The refundable deposit is EUR 80. Please, it is important to inform us how many month / years the baby is, and the weight. (FREE for Rentals more then 18 days).

Tyres / Chains:
We recommend it in case of skiing or high mountains The cost is EUR 9 + 18% VAT per day with a maximum of EUR 52 + VAT. The deposit is EUR 70.

One Way Drop Off Locations:

If you want you can arrange for drop off in any place in Spain and Europe if your rental is 14 days or longer in Mid or Low season. On a request basis in High season subject to availability.
