Service Fee:
EUR 120 per rental - The service fee has to be calculated always in the
rental & includes the following: filled gas cylinders, biodegradable
toilet chemicals, cleaning of the vehicle exterior and a detailed introduction
to the correct handling of your vehicle, cutlery, dishes, pots & pans.
The vehicles are cleaned inside before they are handed over and must
be returned in the same clean condition. If full or partial cleaning
of the interior and/or emptying of the cassette toilet is necessary
, this will be charged at EUR 90 to EUR 180.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of EUR 1500 is required. The security deposit
will be returned when the vehicle is delivered exactly in
the condition that it was provided by Camper Club
Insurance
Information:
If traveling outside of Greece please advise
at time of booking as we MUST, obtain a green card for the
insurance coverage, we will also need a copy of your international
driving licenses of the people who will drive the vehicle,
in order to issue the green card. We will also need to know
the countries you wish to travel to.
One Way Rentals:
One-way rentals are only possible on request and against
a fee. A penalty of €25 per hour commenced is payable for time
between expiry of the rental agreement and the return of your
vehicle (maximum penalty is daily rental charge) and will pass
on to you any claims for compensation made to us by subsequent
renters of other persons due to a delay in handing over the vehicle.
In general there is no consent of the lesser to automatic conversion
to a rental agreement of unlimited duration if use is continued
Rental Age:
The renter and drivers must be at least 21 years old. A driving
license class 3 or equivalent is required for all models.
Class B or equivalent for vehicles with a total permissible
weight of up to 3,500 kg and class C for more than 3,500kg
total weight. Drivers with driving licenses of classes B
and C must have held a driving license for a minimum of 1
year.
Fuel Policy:
The vehicle will be handed over with a full tank of fuel and
should be returned in the same state. Otherwise a flat charge
of EUR 15 plus the current price per liter will be due in
addition to the fuel costs for filling up the tank
Miscellaneous:
Smoking and the transportation of pets is only permitted in the
vehicles subject to agreement with the hire agency.
Hand
Over / Return of Vehicle:
Pickups and drop offs are allowed in any destination any day and time. For
drop offs until 10 00 in the morning, there is no any charge. For drop offs
from 10 00 - 13 00 there is an extra charge of 50 euro for late drop off.
For drop offs after 13 00 there is full day charge. For pickups and drop
offs from 20:00pm – 8:00am, there is an extra cost of EUR 30
Travelling Abroad:
It is possible to travel abroad with the campervan within Europe.
For travel in Eastern European and non- European countries,
the prior permission of the lesser must be obtained and special
insurance cover must be taken out. Travel in war or disaster
zones is prohibited
Other Information:
All vehicles are brand new, maximum 6 months old.
Transfers form the airport to Pallini are possible.
One Way Rentals are available on request with fee.
The renter is liable for all fees, charges, fines and penalties
charged to the lessor in connection with use of the vehicle,
unless they are caused by the fault of the lessor.
The
daily rates are charged for each period of 24 hours commenced.
