Please NOTE:
Please note that a vehicle group can have different vehicle types. Only a vehicle group can be reserved, not a certain vehicle within this group.

The drop off time shown on the rental contract is binding. At this time the vehicle has to be returned clean inside and empty. It is not possible to do the inside cleaning in the depots. This has to be done in advance (e.g. at a gas station with vacuum cleaners).

The rental ends in the moment we can do the drop off procedure with inside and outside check. If the drop off procedure can be done only after scheduled drop off time we will charge EUR 28.00 per commenced hour (up to full daily rate).

• Service / Preparation fee to cover gas/chemicals
• Extras & Optional items. Please order these at the time of booking. If they need to be added later - you will incur an amendment fee.

Roadside Assitance
As all our vehicles are less than one year old, they are all covered by the mobility warranty of the manufacturers (Volkswagen, Ford and Fiat) with 24 hours road side service in case of a break down. The road side service of the manufacturers does not cover break down due to an accident. For these cases we have another road assistance service (24 hours, all over Europe) which helps also in case of an accident. Both road side services are included in our rental rates. The phone numbers of the road side services are provided during the pick up procedure.

Please note: All vehicles come with Warning triangle & fluorescent / reflective vest.

Interior Cleaning:

• EUR 100 - Groups A1 & B1
• EUR 120 - Groups B2 & C1, C2. C4, C5, D1 & D2
• EUR 130 - Groups E1
  interior cleaning may be higher if necessary.

Security Deposit:

• A Refundable bond of EUR 1,300 charged to your Visa or Mastercard credit card at pick up. Refunded within 15 days if vehicle returned safe and sound. Note American Express / Diners credit cards are not accepted.

Additional Extras:( must be pre-booked)

* German Law states that all children 12 years and under or smaller than 150.m is required to be in a child seat. A booster maybe sufficient for children 6-12 years.

Insurance:

DRM Full Protection is €20 per day and includes:
- Travel Cancellation Insurance (Deductible 20% of the reimbursable loss (at least €25 per property) 
- Travel Assistance
- Travel Curtailment Insurance
- Cover for Rebooking Fees
- CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) Reduction of Waiver
Applies in case of an accident or theft and only to campers and motor homes.
Sum reimbursed: maximum € 1,300 of the deductible owed and charged under the contract
Deductible: The deductible for each claim is € 350 of the reimbursable damage

DRM CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) Reduction of Waiver is €13 per day and includes: 
- CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) Reduction of Deductible
Applies in case of an accident or theft and only to campers and motor homes.
Sum reimbursed: maximum € 1,300 of the deductible owed and charged under the contract
Deductible: The deductible for each claim is € 350 of the reimbursable damage

Driver Requirements:
There is a minimum age of 21 years for all drivers.
You are requited to hold a full drivers licence for a minimum of 1 year. The Group C5 and Group E1 vehicles require you to hold a licence that allows you to drive a vehicle over 3500 kg. Please check your drivers licence prior to making a booking. (Most Australian Drivers licences allow up to 4500 kg, but please double check).

Additional Information:

• The renter has to show his passport and his current driver's license when he picks up the vehicle.
• Please note that the vehicle groups C5 and E1 require a driver's license with a total permissible weight of more than 3,500 kg !
• Vehicle supplied full of diesel - return with Full tank of diesel or DRM charge EUR 2.50 per litre to do this for you.
• Insurance cover is voided for gross negligence eg. driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Overhead and reversing damage (if you are not being guided), is not covered.
• Vehicle must be checked and signed for at start of rental. The detailed explanation and demonstration on the use of the vehicle will take about 30 to 60 minutes. The explanation of the motorhome by our depot staff is only possible in German or English.
• To avoid any potential problems please check for any pre-existing damage at start of rental and have it noted on the contract. When the vehicle is returned it will be checked for damage again.
• If vehicle returned late a charge of EUR 28 per hour will be charged.
• Maps or road maps cannot be supplied br DRM.
• Transportation to and from the rental depots cannot be provided.
• Taxi costs are not refundable

Kitchen Set:
The kitchen set is for the booked persons and consits of: dishes, soup plates, coffee cups & saucers, salad bowl, small bowls, water glasses, knives, forks, soup spoons, teaspoons, wooden spoon, ladle, spatula, corkscrew, can opener, bread knife,

Eastern Europe and Travel Restrictions:
A special authorization is needed if clients wish to travel to Eastern and some Southern European states. This authorization has to be signed in the depot at pick up.

• The entry to the following countries is allowed without authorisation:
  Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland
• The entry to the following countries is allowed only with authorisation:
  Albania, Bosnia-Herzigowina, Canary Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia
• The entry to the following countries is FORBIDDEN:
  All Eastern and Non-European countries not listed above like Belarus, Bulgaria, Israel, Marocco, Moldavia, Russia, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine.

For countries not listed here please ask on request.
Please note that it can be more difficult to get help in case of an accident or technical problems when clients travel to Eastern European or Non-European countries

Saturday Pick Up and Drop Off
Pick up and Drop off on a Saturday is available between April and September.
A fee of EUR €75 applied for each pick up and drop off on a Saturday.

Depot Hours:

• From January - March and October - December: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• From April - September: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• From April - September: Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.( €75.00 extra fee)
  

Pick up Hours:
January to March and October to December: 3pm to 4pm
April to September: Monday to Friday 3pm to 5pm, Saturday 10am

Drop off Hours:
January to March and October to December: 10am - 11am
April to September: Monday to Friday 9am to 10am, Saturday 10am
*As drop off takes place in the morning, you are not charged for the last day.

Please Note:
All Depots are closed between 24 December 2011 and 01 January 2012 / 24 December 2012 and 01 January 2013 - No Pick Up or Drop Off available during this time.

Pets:
Pets are allowed in our vehicles. We only ask for a careful interior cleaning prior to drop off (especially the cushions of seating area). Damages caused by the pet are in full liability of client.
